Re Opening Project - General Manager
For this project, I was selected as the general manager or project leader of the ADH D class team, and we developed a reopening plan for Akana Boutique Hotel Sanur. We worked closely with the hotel's management to plan the reopening, covering all aspects of the hotel's operations and management, such as the business model canvas, SWOT analysis, forecasting, P&L, ROA, expenses, and more. With the help of our lecturer and the Akana management team, we completed the project within six months and presented our findings in a final seminar.

Brand New Concept - Director of Sales & Marketing
In addition, as part of our final project for the management application course, my class chose to create a brand new hotel concept called Zivoni, where I served as the Director of Sales and Marketing. The project took five months, during which we conducted in-depth analysis and detailed planning of the location, concept, and implementation of the brand. We consulted with experts, professors, government officials, architects in hotel design, the CEO of Pramana, and the hotel GM for their input. As the DOSM, my team and I focused on implementing the concept and creating a brand book, brand guidelines, brand videos, and marketing plans in line with the hotel's construction timeline, pre-opening strategy, competitor set, segmentation, targeting, positioning, forecasting, P&L, ROI, and communication with several travel agents and OTAs.
